When delivering files to clients, we utilize Google Drive. If you encounter any issues downloading files to your device, please refer to the tutorial video below for assistance in retrieving the files for safekeeping.
It's important to note that Google Drive serves as temporary cloud storage for us. Therefore, if you revisit the same Google Drive link at a later date and find that your files are missing or there is a message indicating "Access Removed," it's because the files are no longer stored on our servers.
To avoid any inconvenience, we highly recommend downloading the files directly to your computer's hard drive as soon as you receive them. Additionally, it's advisable to create backups on external hard drives, flash drives, or other devices. Please be aware that simply clicking "Save to Drive" on Google Drive does not constitute downloading the files.
